There is no definitive answer to whether extroverted people are happier as happiness is subjective and can vary from person to person. Extroverted individuals may derive happiness from social interactions and external stimuli, while introverted individuals may find happiness in solitude and introspection. It ultimately depends on the individual's personality, values, and preferences in determining what brings them happiness. **

Our society is extroverted because extroversion is often valued and rewarded in social and professional settings. Extroverted individuals are seen as outgoing, confident, and assertive, traits that are often associated with success and leadership. Additionally, our society places a high value on social interactions and networking, which are more easily achieved by extroverted individuals. This emphasis on extroversion can create a culture where introverted traits are sometimes overlooked or undervalued. **

It is possible to be extroverted and still feel lonely. Being extroverted means you gain energy from being around others and enjoy social interactions, but it doesn't necessarily mean you have deep, meaningful connections with others. Loneliness can stem from a lack of close relationships or feeling disconnected from those around you, despite being outgoing. It's important to reflect on the quality of your relationships and whether they fulfill your emotional needs to address any feelings of loneliness. **

It is unlikely for someone to become extroverted overnight. Extroversion is a personality trait that is deeply ingrained and typically develops over time. While individuals can certainly work on becoming more outgoing and sociable, a sudden and complete shift from introversion to extroversion is unlikely. Personal growth and change take time and effort, and it is important to be patient and persistent in working towards becoming more extroverted. **
